Using the service

City Reveal lets you explore places, maps, tours, experiences, offers and events. Use the service with respect for other people, places, access rules and content rights.

Place information

Opening times, prices, availability, accessibility and access conditions may change. When making your choice, consult the listing and the relevant property’s information.

Business content

Submit accurate information and content you are authorised to use. City Reveal manages content review and publication of approved versions. Personal access is reserved for authorised people.

Sign-in and account management

Google or Apple sign-in uses the identifier and data you authorise them to share. Apple may provide a private email address. You can sign out and delete your account from the profile screen; the service manages sessions and linked identities.

Free and Premium, side by side.

The free version includes Express and Children mini-documentaries and a maximum of 5 questions for your personal guide during the tour.

The Premium Pass includes every mini-documentary version, historical reconstruction images, all preset itineraries, personal City Reveal guidance with unlimited depth and every available voice.

Purchases

The purchase process presents price, duration, content and conditions. The transaction confirmation identifies the service purchased. For payment support, include the order reference.

Participation and safety

An account and a declaration of adulthood are required to create or request to join a public experience. Age is self-declared. The organiser approves participation in the tour. Family tours are private and managed by a responsible adult.

Hosted experiences follow the venue’s confirmation, capacity and conditions. Agreements with the venue define payments, accessibility and entry rules. Reporting and blocking features help manage participation. In immediate danger, call 112.

Reports and review

Authorised administrators may take action on content and message visibility and record a decision reference. You may request a review by contacting the team and including that reference. The reporter’s identity remains private.

Service operation

Maps, routes, communications and purchases also use external services. Use depends on the connection, device and availability of the services involved.
